EHE Health is the leading prevention health care company in the United States. With over 100 years providing preventive health examinations for selected populations in large employers, the company began a major transformation in 2017 to create the first population health platform targeting all health care beneficiaries in large, self-insured employers\u2019 health plans.<\/p>\n
Operating under four key constructs \u2013 evidence-based care, a curated \u2018Center of Excellence\u2019 national network of preventive health\/primary care providers, a behavior-centric omni-channel marketing approach, and employer reporting on health status derived from clinical data \u2013 the company is forging a new approach to engaging the majority of Americans covered under their employer health plans to participate in preventive and primary care.<\/p>\n
Beginning in 2020, the company has expanded its product line to include virtual and digital preventive services, thereby meeting beneficiaries where they are. The core asset is the company\u2019s clinical data repository used to advantage for all key constituents: members to personalize and enhance their experience and outcomes, providers to measure their impact, and employers to understand the real population health issues facing their group health plan.<\/p>\n
EHE operates seven of its own clinics and contracts with several hundred primary care physicians nationally, allowing our members to access world-class medical care in 38 states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico.
